DMCA Policy for Paleo Vegan Almond Butter Blondies
"Paleo Vegan Almond Butter Blondies" (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a Counter-Notification. A proper Counter-Notification must be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent and include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs or other identifying information of the material before it was removed or access was disabled.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Paleo Vegan Almond Butter Blondies may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature. (Typing your full legal name will suffice for an electronic signature.)
